A prominent email newsletter sign up form graces the header of the site, pushing these sign ups directly to Salesforce in real-time where HTC uses Soapbox Mailer for Salesforce to send mass email.
Along with Sunday services, HTC has a strong emphasis on classes they provide. Those are featured prominently and appealingly on a monthly calendar.
Online event registration
Reservations for events are pushed directly to Salesforce.com, reducing staff time for managing data and helping to provide HTC with a 360° view of a given individual’s interactions with the church.
